What a website costs in Chișinău: landing page, brochure site, online shop

5 min read

The short answer

  • A website in Chișinău costs, at MegaTrend, from 590 € (≈ 11 500 lei) for a landing page, from 890 € (≈ 17 400 lei) for a 5–7 page corporate site and from 990 € (≈ 19 300 lei) for an online shop.
  • The price already covers what usually appears as a separate invoice: two languages (Romanian and Russian), mobile-adapted design, Meta Pixel and Google Analytics 4, technical SEO, domain setup and the SSL certificate.
  • Delivery is 5–7 working days for a landing page, 10–15 days for a corporate site and 20–30 days for an online shop.
  • The only recurring cost is maintenance at 50 € (≈ 1 000 lei) a month, and it is optional.

First decide which kind of site you need

  • Landing page — one page with one objective: an enquiry, a call or an order. This is the site you build when you already have Facebook or Google campaigns and need a destination that converts.
  • Corporate site — 5–7 pages: Home, About, Services, Portfolio, Contact, with a separate page per service. This is the site of a company that wants to be found in Google and to look credible to whoever checks before calling.
  • Online shop — catalogue, filters, basket, card payment, delivery, admin panel. The site that sells on its own, including overnight.

“From” means the standard package. What can raise it is in the add-ons table below.

What is in the price and usually goes unmentioned

  • Two languages, Romanian and Russian. In Chișinău this is not a luxury; it is the condition of being read by all of your customers.
  • Phone, tablet and desktop layouts. Most advertising traffic arrives on a phone.
  • Meta Pixel and Google Analytics 4, installed and tested. Without them you cannot say which ad produced which order, and the ad budget is spent blind.
  • Technical SEO. Structure, headings and speed — the part done once, at build time, and expensive to retrofit.
  • Domain setup and the SSL certificate. A site without HTTPS is flagged as insecure before the visitor reads a line.
  • Forms wired to email and Telegram. The enquiry reaches you the second it is sent, not the next morning.

Landing pages include hosting for the first year. The online shop includes the full admin panel, the product feed for Meta Advantage+ and Google Shopping, and sales tracking in Analytics. Full lists are on the packages and prices page and the website development page.

What costs extra

Add-onPrice
Additional page70 € (≈ 1 400 lei)
Additional language (beyond Romanian and Russian)50 € (≈ 1 000 lei)
Professional copywriting, per page30 € (≈ 600 lei)
Admin panel for a corporate site300 € (≈ 5 900 lei)
Maintenance and technical support50 € (≈ 1 000 lei) a month
An online shop ships with an admin panel, and a landing page has nothing to administer — which is why the add-on exists only for the corporate site.

Worked example: a corporate site with three extra pages and an admin panel comes to 1400 € (≈ 27 300 lei). Maintenance, if you take it, is added separately and monthly — it is never folded into the project total.

What realistically raises the price

  • The number of unique pages. Not pages, but pages with different structures. Twenty service pages on one template cost far less than five pages each designed differently.
  • Content. If the copy and photography exist, they get built in. If not, they have to be written and shot — hence the copywriting add-on, and hence the longest delays on any project.
  • Integrations. Connecting a CRM, a payment provider, a courier service or an accounting system is real work, not a checkbox.
  • The catalogue, for shops. Ten products and ten thousand products are two different projects, even if the home page looks the same.
  • Who maintains the site after launch. A website is not a finished object: it needs updates, backups and small changes. Ours are covered by maintenance; if you skip it, someone still has to do them.

A website on its own brings no customers

Worth saying plainly, because it is the most expensive wrong expectation: a new site does not generate traffic by itself. It converts the traffic you send it — from Google, from ads, from social or from referrals. That is why the website packages include Pixel and Analytics setup: so that the day you launch campaigns is not the day you discover there is nothing to measure with. What the traffic costs is covered in our articles on Google Ads and on Facebook and Instagram ads.
